I've ordered some (12) new books yesterday, a mix of older and newer ST Books and three non Trek books by ST authors. I won't get them until mid-january, but then you can read

Well, I'll personally vouch for kradical's and Dayton's books as ripping good tales worth reading. The others, I've not read myself. (Appropos of nothing, one of my airplane books for my trip is PAD's book prior to Woad to Wuin, the title of which is right on the tip of my tongue....)

I allready planned to read them as some of the first. Maybe I'll mix it up. First a Trek Book, than a non Trek, than a Trek Book, and so on.

"Vulcan's Soul #1: Exodus" by Susan Shwartz and Josepha Sherman [10.0]
"A Hard Rain" by Dean Wesley Smith [8.5]
"Spirit Walk #1: Old Wounds" by Christie Golden [9.5, although I'm one of only a few who liked it!]

These ones I'm planning to get:

"Ex Machina" by Christopher L. Bennett
"Spirit Walk #2: Enemy of my Enemy" by Christie Golden
"After the Fall" by Peter David
